Insights ConnectWise Service Ticket Helper Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Insights ConnectWise Service Ticket Helper (hereafter referred to as "The Plugin"), you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use The Plugin.

2. Description of Service

The Plugin is a tool designed to assist IT Engineers in resolving service tickets more efficiently by integrating with ConnectWise via their API and leveraging OPEN AI's capabilities. Features include ticket summarization, fix suggestions, superior search functionalities, and optional integration with IT Glue.

3. Data Storage, Encryption, and Transmission

All API keys and sensitive data stored by The Plugin are securely encrypted on our servers. Additionally, any transmission of such data over the internet is encrypted to ensure the utmost security.

4. Data Transmission to Third Parties

While no sensitive data is stored permanently on our servers, some of it might be passed to OPEN AI for processing under their standard secure terms. See our Security First page. The user acknowledges this and grants permission for such transmission.

5. API Integration with Third-party Products

The Plugin integrates with third-party software, including but not limited to ConnectWise and IT Glue. Dark Laboratories Ltd. is not responsible for any malfunctions, errors, or data breaches stemming from these third-party software integrations.

6. Termination of Service

Dark Laboratories Ltd. reserves the right to terminate your access to The Plugin at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that Dark Laboratories Ltd. believes violates these terms or is harmful to other users, Dark Laboratories Ltd., or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Dark Laboratories Ltd. be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to the Terms

Dark Laboratories Ltd. may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued usage of The Plugin after any changes means you accept those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
