Usage tracking - Insights audit trail

From within the Insights POD inside ConnectWise, clicking the Usage History link in the left menu will show all of the Insights features that have been used on that specific ticket.

This is handy for spot-checking where Insights has been used and which features contributed to solving the ticket.
